Spectrum Advantage is a 16-week initiative that helps employers see the advantages of hiring people who live on the autism spectrum.
The unique qualities of autistic minds often make for excellent employees. Spectrum Advantage offers companies an opportunity to connect with an untapped, undiscovered talent pool and benefit from their specialized skills. Our program offers qualified individuals the opportunity to gain valuable professional work experience.
Talented, highly skilled individuals ready to bring unique strengths and perspectives to your team.

Our Autism 101 presentation equips your team with the tools and insights to foster a neuro-inclusive workplace.
You may have questions or may be hesitant taking the next step towards inclusive hiring, that’s normal. Here are some frequently asked questions that may bring some peace of mind. If you do not see your question listed here, feel free to reach out to our team at info@thespectrumadvantage.com.
If you hired someone with brown hair, and it didn’t work out, would you hire someone with brown hair again? Everyone is unique and come with different skillsets. Our ASD consultants are ready to support both you and our graduates through weekly coaching and communication during employment.
Although a person on the Autism Spectrum may require more detailed instructions when learning a task, the employer can expect a comparable or exceeded rate of production to that of a neurotypical employee. Recent statistics indicate that there are much lower rates of accidents with people with disabilities in the workplace.
We provide training to employers and staff at no cost.
